Statutory Responsibilities and Arrangements Implementation PlanTameside Metropolitan Borough Council and Tameside and Glossop Clinical Commissioning Group have reviewed and updated their responsibilities to put in place arrangements to review the death of a child. Tameside child death review partners in partnership with Stockport and Trafford child death review partners form the Stockport, Tameside and Trafford Child Death Overview Panel and arrangements are published here.

Disagreement/escalation policyWhen working with children and families across professional disciplines and agencies, there will be at times differences in opinion, concerns about professional practice, or issues in difficulty in communication. This Policy sets out the communication pathway to resolve/escalate a concern.
