Greater Manchester Safeguarding Procedures Manual

The Greater Manchester Safeguarding Procedures Manual is a new, online, regional resource which establishes a set of common multi agency safeguarding policies for use across Greater Manchester.

This set of common procedures replaces all previous versions. The manual will be updated twice each year as further common policies are agreed across Greater Manchester. During the transition period practitioners should refer to the Greater Manchester Manual for the guidance listed above and to the Tameside procedures for the guidance shown on the right hand side of this page.
